From MA: From Rte 24S take exit 8A to Tiverton/ Newport. Remain on Rte 24S and go over the Sakonnet River Bridge into Portsmouth, RI. 24S will merge into RI-114S- West Main Rd. Continue south coming into Middletown approximately 5.0 miles, then turn left at light onto Forest Ave. Follow Forest Ave for .9 miles then turn left onto RI-138(East Main Rd.) and follow for .1 miles. Turn right at light onto Aquidneck Avenue. The Healing Arts Professionals Wellness Center is .3 miles down on your right(across from JH Gaudet Middle School).
From CT: Take 1N to RI-138E exit on ramp towards Newport, going over the Jamestown-Verrazano Bridge into Jamestown. Still on RI-138E continue and cross over the Newport-Pell Bridge (TOLL) coming down to the traffic light. At light take a LEFT onto Admiral Kalbfus Rd. through 1 stop sign to traffic light at intersection. Turn LEFT at light onto RI-138E approximately .8 miles, then turn right onto RI-138(East Main Rd.) Follow for 1.0 miles, then turn right at light onto Aquidneck Avenue. The Healing Arts Professionals Wellness Center is .3 miles down on your right(across from JH Gaudet Middle School).
From Providence, RI: Take 95 S to exit 20 on the LEFT unto RI-195E. Take RIGHT unto 24 S and follow directions from MA.
OR
Take 95 S to SPLIT and go LEFT at the Thurber’s Ave curve. Continue S until you see the signs to move into the LEFT lane for North Kingstown, Rte 4. Rte4 S merges into US-1N. Take the FIRST RIGHT exit bringing you unto RI-138E heading towards Newport. Follow directions from CT.
